Great news for fans of amazing games – the release of the Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap remake is going to be available on April 18 on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, with the PC version due later on.
European gamers with PlayStation 4s are in for a nice bonus as well with the team offering a 20% discount for pre-orders – just head into PSN, search for the game and save money.
The most recent video showed off an awesome retro feature so fans of the original Wonder Boy III: The Dragon’s Trap on the Master System can flip between the beautiful new styling and the original assets so you can enjoy those crisp pixels at will. It’s this kind of attention to detail that really shows how much the team is throwing at this release.
The dev team are regularly posting updates on their blog as well, and apparently there will be another reveal on 22 March which sounds pretty exciting.
