Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn had no shortage of incredibly cool mecha designs on both sides of the battle, but I’ve got a thing for Federation grunts and the Jesta Cannon is right up there as one of my favorites. Now, through Bandai’s exclusive Premium Bandai site, the hulking Jesta Cannon is up for order in Master Grade 1/100 scale for 5,400 yen. It looks fantastic – the High Grade 1/144 kit was great, but the extra detail and size on the MG is going to give this kit a great look and presence and I am really looking forward to getting my hands on one. The upgraded Jesta is packing the Beam Cannon and Quad-Launcher backpack, modified Beam Rifle, grenades, beam saber and an interchangeable shield.
Unfortunately, P-Bandai orders are only available to those with a Japanese shipping address, so you’ll either need to find a middle-man or keep an eye out to see if any of your local Gunpla suppliers can get their hands on stock. If you’re as keen on this kit as I am you’ll definitely want to jump through the hoops or hassle your local store – This looks too good to miss out on!
